The Opportunity:

VP Supply is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead and grow our Palmetto, Florida location.

This is not simply a role focused on maintaining an existing operation. We are looking for someone who is connected to customers, understands the local market, and is excited by the challenge of building relationships, growing sales, developing a team, and creating real momentum.

As Branch Manager, you will help build a business that customers trust, rely on, and want to work with. You will drive a higher level of customer service, follow-through, urgency, and accountability that sets VP apart in the market.

You will be responsible for growing sales, leading daily branch operations, building customer relationships, developing a strong local reputation, and creating a team culture focused on ownership, service, safety, and results.

What You’ll Do:

• •Grow branch sales through new business development, customer relationships, and strong local market knowledge
• •Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, customers, vendors, and the local community
• •Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers
• •Drive a customer experience centered around service, urgency, communication, follow-through, and accountability
• •Help differentiate VP Supply in the Florida market by creating a level of service customers notice and value
• •Leverage existing industry relationships while continuously creating new opportunities
• •Identify opportunities to expand market share, increase profitability, and improve overall branch performance
• •Lead day-to-day branch operations with a focus on customer service, safety, accountability, efficiency, and profitability
• •Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a strong local team
• •Create a branch culture built around ownership, teamwork, communication, and follow-through
• •Partner closely with VP Supply leadership on growth strategies and market development
• •Bring new ideas forward and take ownership of executing plans that move the business forward
• •Stay connected to customers, employees, vendors, competitors, and local market trends
• •Lead by example and be willing to jump in wherever needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •Leadership experience within plumbing, HVAC, industrial distribution, building materials, construction supply, or a closely related industry
• •Strong knowledge of the local market and established relationships within the industry
• •A proven sales and business development mindset
• •The ability and desire to grow a business, develop relationships, and create new opportunities
• •An entrepreneurial mentality combined with the discipline and follow-through needed to execute
• •Strong operational and business judgment
• •The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with company leadership
• •Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• •A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service
• •Experience developing people, building teams, and creating accountability
• •The willingness to put in the effort required to build and grow a successful operation
