Branch Manager - Tower Hamletts ( E14 7BN ) - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Manager based in Tower Hamletts, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
  • Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
  • Take a hands-on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager.

  • A solid background in management in trade sector
  • Good understanding of social housing market and plumbing and heating industry
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • A passion for nurturing team development
  • A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results
