Recruiting experience is not required.

As Branch Manager of our Beaverton office, you'll set the direction for your team while balancing sales, operations, and client partnerships to achieve ambitious goals. You'll have the opportunity to influence business strategy, develop talent, strengthen client relationships, and make a meaningful impact on the businesses and communities we serve.

You will :

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients

Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.

Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.

Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting

Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.

Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls

Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

You have:

Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment

A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture

Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills

Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills

Pay: The target salary range is $93,900 – $110,000 + monthly bonus opportunities. The full range of the role is $93,900 – $122,000.

Location : Beaverton, OR

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
