Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Wilson, NC location.

Role Overview

As a Branch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the "Best Local Supply House" by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment, and will cultivate a positive culture through effective leadership.

• •Reports to the Market Branch Manager
• •Direct oversight of 3 to 5 associates
• •Market Opportunity of $13M

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• •P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development
• •Build customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accounts
• •Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs
• •Coordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operations
• •Lead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach, driving accountability, and cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culture
• •Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all HSE policies and behaviors
• •May be responsible for providing back-up driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• •Experience in building engaged & motivated sales teams is (preferred or required)
• •2+ years industry knowledge is preferred
• •Strong understanding of budgets and financials
• •Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture
• •Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development
• •Ability to adapt to and engage with the local market culture and business environment
• •Must be at least 18 years old.
• •Valid state issued license is required.

Pay Range:

$23.68 - $35.53 -

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
