Lava Island is an indoor play oasis where kids fly across trampolines, dive into foam pits, race down slides, and disappear into towering jungle gyms while families share pizza and celebrate birthdays. It is loud, bright, and full of energy, and it is the kind of place where memories happen without warning.

We are opening new parks every year, and every one of them needs its community to know we are there.

What You’re Really Giving Away

Most companies hope word of mouth shows up on its own. We do too, eventually. In the meantime, we send people out to start it.

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the first Lava Island experience a lot of families will ever have. You show up where they already are, at the farmers market, the school event, the coffee shop down the street, and you give first. A free visit, a fun moment, a reason to come see us. We call it leading with generosity, and it works.

Out and about. Most of your time is spent in the community, not at a desk.

Focus on the fun part. Your Lead handles the scheduling and email, so your time goes to people.

What You’ll Do

You take Lava Island into the community and bring families back to the park.

Go and find people

Visit local businesses and the places families spend time.

Connect with mom groups, homeschool networks, schools, and churches.

Give away first experiences of Lava Island in targeted ways.

Show up at community events

Work farmers markets, fairs, and street events.

Support local nonprofits in ways that help both sides.

Run events at the park

Host in-park events that make family time easier and more fun.

Welcome the families and partners your outreach brings in.

Keep the relationships going

Follow up with partners so connections last.

Work closely with the park GM and keep them in the loop.

Track your activity and share what is working and what is not.

Who We’re Looking For

This is a go-and-do role. Ideas and direction come from your Lead; you bring them to life. The people who do well here are:

What You’ll Need

Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, events, retail, sales, or community outreach.

Comfort approaching people and representing a brand in public.

Availability for evenings and weekends.

To live in or near Denver, CO

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods, work outdoor events, and carry event supplies up to 25 lbs.

Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

Connections in local mom groups, homeschool groups, schools, churches, or businesses.

Experience with a family-focused brand or event promotions.

Bilingual (English / Spanish).
