Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’ambassadrices ou d’ambassadeurs de marque à Saskatoon en Saskatchewan pour appuyer l'équipe Marketing et Communications dans l'organisation et l'animation des activations de marque et événements citoyens de Radio-Canada et créer ainsi un lien émotionnel profond avec notre public.

À titre d’ambassadrice ou d’ambassadeur, vous aurez pour principale tâche d’appuyer toutes les activités de marketing et de communications réalisées à l’interne et à l’externe. La liste des tâches présentées sur cette offre d’emploi n’est pas exhaustive et pourra être établie lors de l’embauche.

Tâches principales :

Appuyer l’équipe dans l’élaboration et l’opérationnalisation des activités citoyennes et des partenariats :

Aider l’agente principale ou l’agent principal dans la planification et la réalisation des projets;

Coordonner les aspects logistiques des projets;

Accompagner les équipes programme et techniques lors du développement d'émissions spéciales et de sorties d'émissions dans le cadre des activités citoyennes et des partenariats.

Participer aux activités de promotion de Radio-Canada sur le terrain auprès d’un auditoire principalement francophone :

Préparer le matériel, le transporter et l’installer sur place;

Distribuer le matériel promotionnel;

Interagir avec les participants et les particuliers en leur fournissant divers renseignements sur la Société et la programmation. La maîtrise de l’anglais est importante pour pouvoir également s’adresser aux anglophones présents lors de l’événement.

Faire vivre une expérience mémorable auprès des canadiens et canadiennes afin de les mettre en contact avec la marque;

Analyser la performance des activités en dressant des rapports et compiler des statistiques sur les commentaires et réactions de l’auditoire et du personnel;

Créer des bases de données, corriger et mettre à jour l’information qui y est versée;

Tenir des dossiers et des archives sur les émissions et les expériences citoyennes et partenariats, y compris des notices biographiques et des documents photographiques;

Recevoir des demandes d’information, trouver les renseignements demandés et répondre aux commentaires et aux réactions de l’auditoire et du personnel.

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit de postes surnuméraires à temps partiel à combler avec la possibilité de faire partie d’une banque d’employés surnuméraires pour de futurs mandats.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications :

Au moins deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente attestant d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, en relations interpersonnelles, en organisation et en rédaction.

Compétences :

Être dynamique et enthousiaste;

Faire preuve de débrouillardise, de proactivité et être digne de confiance;

Avoir de l’entregent, être à l'aise avec les gens de tout âge;

Parler couramment le français et l’anglais;

Avoir un permis de conduire valide pour la province;

Pouvoir se déplacer dans la grande région de la Saskatchewan.

Atouts :

Expérience en animation de foule;

Connaissances ou études en communications-marketing, ventes, cinéma, théâtre ou toute autre spécialisation en lien avec les fonctions décrites ci-dessous;

Connaissance du contexte et des atouts concurrentiels du diffuseur public (mandat différent d’un concurrent privé).
