  •  To offer products and services tailored to customer needs in the most appropriate way, to always have up-to-date campaign information, and to inform customers about campaigns in the most accurate way.
  •  To regularly monitor store layout, warehouse organization, cleanliness, and price tags.
  •  To build, recognize, and register the customer portfolio in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, and to demonstrate the ability to obtain communication consent.
  •  To be responsible for achieving the store's sales, operations, and all defined KPI targets.
  •  To effectively implement strategies to improve sales performance and generate feasible new ideas.
  •  To offer products and services tailored to customer needs in accordance with brand standards.
  •  To be responsible for the implementation of the store's visual standards, store layout, and cleanliness.
  •  To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  •  To track the process of sold products until they reach the customer.  Greeting all visitors to the store and preparing and serving necessary refreshments.

 Paying attention to appearance and personal image, cleanliness, hair care, uniform and name tag usage.
