ABOUT THE ROLE:

Primarily responsible to assist in the implementation and execution of work on retainer account, effectively to achieve good results. As an Account Manager will be the lead on projects for one of our largest businesses in the company. Working closely with the Account Director on all matters relating to the organizing, follow through and management of the day‐to‐day work and account to ensure growth on overall performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to manage day-to-day project from brief, creation to execution

Translate the client’s business requirements into digital project and creative briefs

To build a solid working relationship with the team and clients

Proficiently compose internal and client correspondence (timely and accurate) – status report, email recap, creative brief, job requisition

Keep a health check on budget with zero write-off

Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

Monitoring all stages of campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly

Work with the integrated team

Monitoring of media for relevant information on competitive activities and market developments

Keep all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activity

Obtain cost approvals based on approved budgets and monitor costs

Ensure all account procedures are efficiently adhered to for the company and its clients

Build receptive client attitude to creative efforts

Able to work with a very fast‐paced account and versatile to change

Meticulous attention to detail to avoid error in execution and brand CI, including documentation and record keeping
