Brand & Social Media Strategist

Blitz is building a faster, smarter, and more delightful way for customers to shop through quick commerce.

We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Strategist who can shape Blitz’s brand voice, create compelling stories, and build a memorable presence across consumer, professional, and startup communities. This role goes beyond managing social media calendars. You will own how Blitz is perceived by customers, partners, talent, and the broader ecosystem by turning our journey, products, people, and achievements into meaningful brand stories.

You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in building Blitz’s brand presence from the ground up.

What You Will Own

Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy

• •Build and evolve Blitz’s brand voice, messaging, and storytelling approach.
• •Create compelling narratives around company milestones, product launches, customer stories, team culture, and business achievements.
• •Transform internal updates, operational wins, customer insights, and company learnings into engaging content.
• •Develop content themes and storytelling formats that strengthen brand awareness and trust.
• •Work closely with founders and leadership teams to create founder-led content and thought leadership.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• •Own Blitz’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant emerging platforms.
• •Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand and business priorities.
• •Create social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and community.
• •Identify opportunities to turn everyday business moments into creative and engaging content.
• •Stay updated on social trends, internet culture, creators, and emerging content formats.

Content Creation & Creative Collaboration

• •Ideate, write, and develop content across formats including posts, videos, reels, carousels, and campaigns.
• •Create strong hooks, narratives, and creative concepts that capture audience attention.
• •Collaborate with designers, video editors, creators, and external partners to produce high-quality content.

Community & Partnerships

• •Build relationships with creators, influencers, and relevant communities.
• •Manage audience engagement across social platforms, including comments and conversations.
• •Support creator collaborations, brand partnerships, and community initiatives.
• •Identify opportunities to increase Blitz’s brand awareness and strengthen audience relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• •3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content strategy, digital storytelling, or related roles.
• •Experience building social media presence and content for a brand, startup, consumer business, or founder.
• •Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills.
• •Ability to translate business updates into compelling brand narratives.
• •Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, short-form content, and digital communities.
• •Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
• •Experience collaborating with designers, creators, and cross-functional teams.
• •Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work.
• •Genuine passion for content, brands, and understanding why audiences engage with certain stories.
