the posting
FTMO is a great place to work, and we want that to be just as visible outside the company as it is inside.
The purpose of the role:
You look after the FTMO brand day to day and help other teams develop it. You are the brand partner for the teams that shape how FTMO looks, sounds and acts. You help develop our positioning and bring it to life through brand activities that run as projects across departments, so the brand stays clear and consistent in everything we do.
What will you do:
Develop and activate our positioning – help turn FTMO’s positioning into something every team can work with, and keep it consistent as it moves from strategy into everyday work.
Put the brand book into practice – help teams apply it in their daily work, share examples of how it works in practice, and keep it up to date based on what you learn from them.
Be the brand partner for other teams – work day to day with creative, content, social and other teams: help them shape their ideas, share the brand context they need, and give constructive feedback, and get involved early so brand questions are solved together as the work takes shape.
Develop our tone of voice – shape how FTMO sounds, with clear guidelines and real examples that teams can use in their own writing.
Lead brand activities across departments – run activations as projects with several teams (for example creative, content and ambassadors): set the plan, brief everyone involved, keep the timeline and see it through to delivery.
Build how we work with people who represent the brand – together with content and social, help shape how FTMO works with creators and partners.
Keep improving the brand – bring what you learn from the teams’ work and activities back into the guidelines and the positioning.
How we will measure role success:
Teams apply the brand book and tone of voice in their own work, without needing you for every decision.
Brand output looks and sounds consistent across teams and channels.
Teams involve you early, before the work is finished.
Brand activities across departments are delivered on time and to a good standard.
Our positioning is visible in what we create and run across teams.
Candidate profile:
Education and Experience:
3+ years in brand management or brand marketing.
Hands-on work with brand guidelines, a brand book or tone of voice in practice.
Experience as a brand partner for creative, content, social or other teams.
Experience running brand activations (for example events, ambassador or creator collaborations, campaign launches) as projects across departments, from the plan to delivery.
Experience with ambassadors, creators or influencers is an advantage.
Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is a plus.
Knowledge and skills:
Clear, direct communication – you give feedback people can act on.
An ear for tone – you notice when something doesn't sound like the brand and can say why.
Getting things done with people who don't report to you – you bring several teams along and keep many moving pieces on track.
You can say no to off-brand work and explain your reasoning.
Pace – you decide and move on instead of getting stuck in the process.
Strong AI user – you use AI in your daily work and look for new ways to do things faster and better.
