WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what matters to them before presenting any vehicle

Develop deep Honda product knowledge through paid training -- learning the full lineup, safety technology, fuel efficiency credentials, and the growing hybrid and EV portfolio well enough to guide any Conejo Valley buyer confidently

Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect Honda's reliability, value, and technology to what each guest actually needs

Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- Honda buyers refer the specialists who took genuine care of them

Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI

Represent Honda of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No automotive experience required -- paid Honda brand and product training provided from day one

Hospitality, retail, financial services, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred -- backgrounds where genuine care for the guest is the standard transfer directly here

Warm, authentic presence -- Honda buyers in the Conejo Valley are value-conscious and family-oriented; they respond to advisors who are straightforward and genuinely helpful

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers in a community where word of mouth travels fast

Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
