Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Brandschutzplanungen für Regel- und Sonderbauten in allen Leistungsphasen nach HOAI/AHO
  • Erstellen und Bewerten von Brandschutzkonzepten sowie Brandschutzplänen für Neubau- und Bestandsgebäude
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung des Brandschutzkonzeptes (inkl. Baustellenbegehungen)
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Konformitätsbescheinigungen
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen von Brandschutznachweisen und brandschutztechnischen Stellungnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Gutachterliche Bewertung von brandschutztechnischen Fragestellungen & Bestandssituationen

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Brandschutz, Safety Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Projekt(leitungs)erfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz
  • BIM Wissen im Brandschutz
  • Sicherheit in der Brandschutzordnung sowie der Erstellung von Flucht- und Rettungsplänen und Feuerwehrplänen
  • Praktische Projekterfahrung mit Brand- / Strömungssimulationen im Brandschutz (z. B. mit PyroSim)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Planradar, 2D/3D CAD-Kenntnisse
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
