Deine Aufgaben:

Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Malz, Hopfen, Hefe und Wasser zu hochwertigen Bieren
Überwachung und Steuerung der Brauprozesse, inklusive Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
Reinigung und Wartung der Brauanlagen und Geräte
Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Analysen während des Herstellungsprozesses
Dokumentation der Produktionsschritte und Ergebnisse
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Biersorten und Rezepturen
Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards in der Produktion

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Brauer und Mälzer
vollständige Bewerbung mit Lebenslauf
Leidenschaft für Bier und Braukunst
Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, falls erforderlich
