  • Wir suchen dich – einen erfahrenen Braumeister, der unsere Produktion eigenständig im Griff hat, Verantwortung übernimmt und selbst mit anpackt. Du kennst dein Handwerk, arbeitest sauber und strukturiert und hast einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität unserer Biere.
  • Wer wir sind
  • Eulchen ist eine kleine, inhabergeführte Privatbrauerei mitten auf dem historischen Kupferberg in Mainz. Wir brauen unsere Biere selbst und verbinden klassisches Brauhandwerk mit modernen und auch mal ungewöhnlichen Bierstilen. Neben unseren festen Sorten gehören neue Rezepte, saisonale Biere und Experimente genauso zu uns. Mit eigenem Sudhaus, Gärkeller und eigener Fassfüllung haben wir die komplette Kernproduktion vor Ort. Du verantwortest dabei unsere Produktion vom Rohstoff bis zum fertigen Bier – selbstständig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliches Betreiben von Sudhaus und Gärkeller
  • Produktionsplanung und Koordination der Rohstoffe
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Gärung, Reifung und Abfüllung
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation relevanter Qualitätswerte
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Bierqualität
  • Reinigung, Wartung und Pflege der Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene und Ordnung in der Produktion

Dein Talent

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Brauwesen
  • Idealerweise Braumeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Lust, anzupacken
