Starting Wage : $27.13 + $2.30 shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift : 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:00 pm

Shift : 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 1:50 pm-9:50 pm

Your Responsibilities:

• •Perform Line Assembler duties as assigned and as needed to effectuate the completion of brazing and brazing duties at assigned work areas
• •Demonstrate the ability to adhere to and remain in compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
• •Successfully complete classroom and DOJO training (copper to copper brazing, copper to brass brazing, copper to steel brazing and know the five stages of flux)
• •Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, applicable OMS documents, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
• •Work with materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements
• •Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, handle, manipulate, and move components, assemblies, and final product
• •Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure the quality products and conformity to all prints, work instructions, and quality standards
• •Maintain required records including but not limited to quality checklists, input into specified electronic systems and reporting of all line issues into the appropriate data collection systems
• •Successful completion of required skills training (e.g. crane and tugger operation, fall protection, etc.)
• •Preventative Maintenance daily on all braze equipment

Your Qualifications:

• •The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE
• •The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time
• •The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• •High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
