Bei der KNDS FWH Castings GmbH, ein Unternehmen der KNDS-Gruppe, werden seit mehr als 200 Jahren Bauteile für verschiedenste Abnehmerbereiche gegossen. Als traditionsreicher Hersteller von Gussprodukten sind wir spezialisiert auf hochtechnologische Stahlgussstücke verschiedenster Legierungen. Dabei begleiten wir unsere Kunden bereits ab der Konstruktion und fertigen Stahlgusskomponenten fertigbearbeitet, beschichtet und einbaufertig nach Kundenanforderung.

## Was Sie erwartet

  • Brennen von Gussteilen mit einem autogenen Sauerstoffgemisch
  • Durchführung von Tätigkeiten als Brenner an diversen Gussbauteilen und Guss-Werkstücken
  • Entfernen von Speisresten
  • Ebnen von Oberflächen und Kanten mittels Brennern
  • Begutachtung der Oberflächen nach ausgeübter Bearbeitung, gegebenenfalls Durchführung von Nachbesserungsarbeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Prozessoptimierung und Fehlerbehebung

## Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Berufsfeld
  • Berufliche Erfahrung als Brenner im Gießbetrieb wünschenswert
  • Umgang mit Schneidbrennern
  • Bedienung von einem funkgesteuerten Kran
  • Erfahrung mit körperlicher Belastung
  • gesundheitliche Eignung zur Durchführung von Fahr-, Steuer- und Überwachungstätigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Überstundenarbeit und Wochenendarbeit im Drei-Schicht-System
  • Einsatzbereitschaft für Wochenendrufbereitschaft
