- Durchführung und Organisation von Geothermiebohrungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Baustellen
- Führung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter vor Ort
- Auf- und Abbau sowie Bedienung der Bohrtechnik
- Einbau von Erdwärmesonden und Verfüllung der Bohrungen
- Material-, Werkzeug- und Baustellenmanagement
- Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Bohrdaten
- Pflege und Kontrolle von Maschinen und Geräten
Anforderungen:
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Baustellenorganisation
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Führerschein mindestens Klasse BE, idealerweise Klasse CE
- Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Baustellen und zur Arbeit im Freien
- Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
