Wir sind eine mittelständische Druckerei mit Sitz im Chiemgau, die sich auf hochwertige Druckerzeugnisse spezialisiert hat. Qualität, Präzision und Kundennähe sind unsere Kernwerte. Aufgrundwachsender Auftragslage und der Notwendigkeit, unsere Kapazitäten auszubauen, suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Buchbinder (m/w/d), gerne auch als Quereinsteiger.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchbinder oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Buchbinder wünschenswert
  • Freude an technischen Arbeiten ist eine gute Basis für Quereinsteiger
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Buchbindearbeiten (Schneiden, Falzen, Sammelheften, Klebebinden)
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung höchster Qualität unserer Endprodukte
  • Bedienung und Wartung der Anlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Druckern und dem gesamten Hofmann-Team zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Unterstützung bei praktischen Fragestellungen in der Vorbereitungsphase von Aufträgen
  • Mitwirkung an der Prozessoptimierung zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Kapazität
