Bei uns arbeitest Du mit modernster Druckweiterverarbeitungstechnologie und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umwandlung von Druckbögen in hochwertige Produkte. Du richtest Maschinen und Anlagen ein, bedienst und überwachst sie, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte effizient und nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards hergestellt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen und Anlagen der Druckweiterverarbeitung (z. B. Falz‑, Schneid‑, Heft- und Klebemaschinen)
  • Verarbeiten von Druckerzeugnissen wie Broschüren, Flyern & Verpackungen
  • Rüsten und Bedienen von Mailing- sowie Spezialklebemaschinen
  • Wartung, Pflege und kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten und Ausschuss
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Druck und Verpackung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Buchbinder in der Druckweiterverarbeitung
  • Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Handwerkliches Geschick & gutes Farbsehvermögen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Flexibel, einsatzbereit und qualitätsbewusst
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in EDV
