Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter bzw. zur Bilanzbuchhalterin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • wünschenswert sind Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft , insbesondere Outlook und Teams
  • Sicherheit in der Analyse und Darstellung von Ergebniskennzahlen
  • Verständnis für interne Kontrollen, saubere Dokumentation
  • Eine strukturierte, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, Finanzprozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung einschließlich Sachkontenabstimmung, Rückstellungen und Abschlussbuchungen
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlenanalysen
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Ist-, Plan- und Budgetabweichungen
