Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Debitorenbuchhaltung mit nationalen und internationalen

Kunden

Forderungsmanagement und Kommunikation mit den Kunden

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Logistik und externen Partnern

Buchung und Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs

Erstellung, Prüfung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen

Mitwirkung am Monats- und Jahresabschluss

Proaktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung im

Bereich Buchhaltung

Regelmäßiges Rotationsprinzip, durch das alle Teammitglieder alle

Aufgabenbereiche der Buchhaltung kennenlernen und sicher ausführen können

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r,

Steuerfachwirt/in, Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung wünschenswert

Analytisches und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

Eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Teamarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit

flacher Hierarchie

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS O.ice und erste Erfahrungen mit ERP

Systemen wünschenswert

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Interesse an Wassersport
