  • Betriebswirt (m/w/d) Finanzen & Controlling
  • Spannende Projekte
  • Bearbeitung von Finanzierungsthemen für Gewerbeimmobilien in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und unseren Partnerbanken und dem Kapitalmarkt
  • Ausbau und Pflege unseres Netzwerks zu Banken und Fremdkapitalgebern
  • Projektanalyse / Analyse von Zahlenmaterial
  • Erstellung und Prüfung unserer Kreditverträge, Vertragsverhandlung
  • Übernahme des Berichtswesens für externe und interne Empfänger
  • Controllingaufgaben
  • Ihre Leidenschaft für Immobilien
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. Bankkaufmann/-frau, Bankbetriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä.)
  • Erfahrungen mit gewerblichen Kreditverträgen von Vorteil
  • Proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit, sich in neue Themenkomplexe einzuarbeiten
  • Verhandlungserfahrung und kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel)
  • Englischkenntnisse
