Die ALLGEMEINE IMMOBILIEN-BÖRSE ist ein etabliertes Berliner Immobilienunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Vermittlung hochwertiger Wohnimmobilien. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt weitere zuverlässige und erfahrene Buchhalter / Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und Kontierung
  • Prüfung, Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie offener Posten
  • Kontenabstimmung und Pflege der Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Buchhaltung für den Steuerberater
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung von Provisions- und Objektabrechnungen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder Finanzen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
