Für ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Sonderfahrzeugbau suchen wir im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung einen Buchhalter Finanzbuchhaltung / Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) am Standort Altenburg (Thüringen). Schwerpunkt: Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, ordnungsgemäße Rechnungslegung und Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellter, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung / Rechnungswesen, gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kontierung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Ordnungsgemäße Rechnungslegung sowie Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Kontenabstimmung und Stammdatenpflege
  • Kommunikation mit Steuerberatern, Finanzbehörden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen Auswertungen und Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse
