  • DIE AUFGABEN:
  • Laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Kassa)
  • Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingang- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten und Salden
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der buchhalterischen Stammdaten / Mahnwesen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen
  • Mitarbeit Personalverrechnung
  • DIE ANFORDERUNGEN:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (z.B. HAK, HLW)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie sollten freundlich, kommunikativ und belastbar sein
  • Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst (wenn gesetzlich erforderlich)

  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
