Zur Unterstützung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Sachbearbeitung in der Buchhaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung
  • Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Buchhaltungsunterlagen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (facheinschlägige Ausbildung) erforderlich
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir bieten

  • Eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit 20 Stunden pro Woche - Rahmenarbeitszeiten: von 8.00 bis 15.00 Uhr /nach Vereinbarung
  • Ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld in einem engagierten Team
  • Eine langfristige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit
  • Entlohnung gemäß dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, Überzahlung nach Vereinbarung, Bruttogehalt für Vollzeitbeschäftigung ca. 2400 €
