Wir suchen eine Buchhaltungskraft (m/w/d) für 20 - 35 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung für Miet- und WEG-Objekte
  • Verbuchung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben
  • Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen und Mahnwesen
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Betriebs- und Hausgeldabrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern zu buchhalterischen Themen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Immobilien oder Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einer Hausverwaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie freundliches Auftreten
