Wir sind eine Immobilienverwaltung in Luckenwalde und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen zuverlässigen und sorgfältigen Buchhalter (m/w/d). Wenn Sie Freude an Zahlen haben, strukturiert arbeiten und idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Immobilien- oder Hausverwaltung mitbringen, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung der Mieten- und Hausgeldbuchhaltung

Erstellung von Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnung

Erstellung der jährlichen Hausgeldabrechnungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und ein gutes Verständnis für buchhalterische Zusammenhänge

gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

wünschenswert wäre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise im Bereich Hausverwaltung
