Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltung (inkl. Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Kassa- und Bankbuchungen)
  • Zuverlässige Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Vorbereitung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des gesamten kaufmännischen Teams

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HBLA, Lehrabschluss).
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise im Bauwesen)
  • Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil)
  • Die Motivation und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Freude am Umgang mit modernen Systemen.
  • Eine genaue, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Struktur im Alltag.
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie die nötige Belastbarkeit für turbulente Tage.

  • Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsgehalt ab € 3.958,- brutto auf Basis Vollzeit. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bieten wir eine entsprechend höhere Einstufung und Überzahlung.
