  • Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg_innen im Team sind Sie verantwortlich für:
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Debitoren-, Kreditoren- sowie Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -verbuchung
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden (z.B. UVAs, ZMs, INTRASTAT)
  • Abstimmung und Kontenklärung der Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Sachkonten
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Fakturierung
  • Ihre Kompetenzen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. kfm. Lehrabschluss, HAK, HASCH, etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Buchhaltung sind Voraussetzung
  • Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware idealerweise SAGE
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
