  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung und den reibungslosen Ablauf der Buchhaltung
  • Beleg- und Kontenmanagement
  • Erfassung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Administration des Mahnwesens
  • Periodische Steuermeldungen
  • Buchungen von Bank und Kassa
  • Stammdatenanlage und -pflege der Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Ämtern und dem Steuerberater
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Leitung Rechnungswesen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK Matura) und erfolgreiche abgelegte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen (BMD NTCS) sowie MS Office (vor allem Excel)
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, andere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Für diese Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.800,00 brutto (Basis 40 Stunden/Woche). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
