Die wesentlichen Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Bankbuchungen
  • Abgrenzungsbuchungen
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsfälle
  • Erstellung von Zahlläufen
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Intrastat- und Zusammenfassende Meldungen
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Die Einstufung erfolgt im KV für Angestellt in Information und Consulting zu Beginn in der Beschäftigungsgruppe III mit einem Mindestgehalt Hv € 2.534,74 brutto bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung . Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich und üblich.

Wenn Sie:

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK + Buchhalter- bzw. Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
  • eine mindestens 3jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung vorweisen können

und über

  • eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
  • Teamfähigkeit,
  • Zuverlässigkeit,
  • Flexibilität und
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft verfügen
