Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige buchhalterische Betreuung des Immobilien- bzw. Objektportfolios
  • Durchführung der laufenden Objektbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Eigentümerabrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner_in für Eigentümer, Hausverwaltungen und externe Partner in buchhalterischen Belangen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Lehre o.Ä.)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Objektbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
