Ihre Aufgaben

Buchhaltung

  • Laufende Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung von Bank- und Kassabelegen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement
  • Abstimmung von Konten
  • Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Jahresabschluss
  • Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und Auswertungen

Controlling

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen
  • Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ertragsanalysen
  • Erstellung von Reports und Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Budgetplanung und Soll-Ist-Vergleiche
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen
  • Optimierung interner Prozesse und Kostenstrukturen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung und/oder Controlling
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
  • BMD-, SAP- oder vergleichbare ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
