Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung
  • Kontierung sowie Buchung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle, Abstimmung der Konten
  • Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Pflege und Kontrolle der Zeiterfassung
  • Erstellung der UVA und ZM
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der steuerlichen und buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Laufende Abwicklung der anfallenden Personaladministration (Erstellung von Dienstverträgen,
  • Pflege der Stammdaten etc.)
  • Kontaktperson für Ämter und Behörden (ÖGK, Finanzamt usw.)

Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung ODER mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office, Bereitschaft für neue Programme
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und großes Engagement
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion
