Als Teamleitung im Bereich Finanzen führst du einen Teilfachbereich und sorgst für eine effiziente Gestaltung der Abläufe. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Buchhaltungsprozesse termingerecht und präzise durchgeführt werden. Du steuerst die täglichen Buchhaltungsaufgaben, unterstützt dein Team bei komplexen Fragestellungen und bist interne Ansprechperson für andere Fachabteilungen zu rechnungswesenbezogenen Themen. Zudem übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und treibst aktiv die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsaufgaben voran. Die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Wirtschaftsprüfern rundet dein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Finanzbuchhalterprüfung
  • Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel, MS Office und Buchhaltungssoftware (BMD NTCS)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlen- & IT-Affinität
  • Eigeninitiative & Umsetzungsstärke
