Mitarbeiter_in Buchhaltung in Teilzeit:

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkontenbuchhaltung)
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten
  • Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten für das Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen
  • Diverse Assistenzarbeiten für die Geschäftsführung

TOP Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter_in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung erwünscht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen (RZL)
