  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Laufende Buchhaltung und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung
  • Betreuung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerberatung und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Ansprechpartner_in für Mitarbeiter:innen bei Fragen rund um die Lohnverrechnung
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und/oder Lohnverrechnung
  • Sorgfältige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit österreichischer Lohnverrechnung und Buchhaltung
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine verlässliche, bodenständige Persönlichkeit
