Ob Großwohnanlage, Premium- und Sonderimmobilienverwaltung, Mietverwaltung Wohnraum oder Gewerberaumverwaltung, die Ach Haus- und Grundbesitzverwaltung GmbH (hervorgegangen aus der Josef K. Ach Hausverwaltung und imocontract Immobilien- und Baubetreuung GmbH) betreut von Haus aus jede erdenkliche Immobilie - nachhaltig und souverän.

Die Immobiliengruppe ACH & imocontract verwaltet inzwischen über 7.500 Einheiten. Für unser motiviertes Team – aufgegliedert in die Bereiche Reparaturen / Versicherungsschäden, Buchhaltung und Objektbetreuung – suchen wir zur Verstärkung und zum weiteren Ausbau unseres Objektbetreuerteams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d).

Du verfügst über

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich; gerne mit Erfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
  • gute Auffassungsgabe, Zahlenverständnis
  • ein freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, idealerweise Domus 4000 / Navi)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verbuchen der Zahlungen/Rechnungen
  • Erstellung der Hausgeldabrechnung
  • Kalkulation von Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Mahnwesen
  • Durchführung von Rechnungsprüfungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Objektbetreuerteam und Geschäftsleitung
