Wir sind Ihr Dienstleister rund um die Immobilie in Halle an der Saale und Umgebung. Seit 2005 verwalten wir – ein eingespieltes Team von vier Immobilienfachleuten – mit großem Engagement, Fachwissen und Akribie Immobilien jeglicher Art.

Zur Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir eine\*n Buchhalter/in für die Miethaus- und WEG-Buchhaltung.

Die Einstellung kann in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) oder in Teilzeit (30 Stunden/Woche) erfolgen.

Voraussetzung

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im buchhalterischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in der Miet- und WEG-Buchhaltung wünschenswert
  • Umgang mit allen gängigen Programmen von MS- Office
  • Kenntnisse im DOMUS ERP wünschenswert
  • sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse und Zahlenverständnis
  • Gute Umgangsformen
