Aufgabenbereich:

  • Belege in DATEV verarbeiten
  • Steuerunterlagen vorbereiten
  • Verträge vorbereiten
  • Nebenkostenabrechnung vorbereiten
  • Optional:
  • Wenn du zusätzlich nachmittags die Rezeption abdecken kannst, erhöht sich die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit über die Basis von ca. 3 Stunden hinaus.

Anforderungen:

  • Wohnort max. 15 km von Koblenz entfernt (Anfangs ist Präsenz wichtig)
  • Loyal, ehrlich und gewissenhaft
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltungsvorbereitung (die Buchung erfolgt durch den Steuerberater)

Arbeitszeit:

  • Ca. 3 Stunden pro Woche (flexibel)
  • Teilweise Homeoffice möglich
