Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) Vollzeit in Nürnberg

  • Durchführung und Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung der OSS-Meldungen
  • Laufende Buchhaltung und Arbeiten mit DATEV
  • Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Bankkonten, Kasse und Kreditkarten
  • Arbeiten mit den Systemen Shopware und Xentral
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung der Kasse
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden ausschließlich zu zahlungsbezogenen Themen, insbesondere offenen Posten, Zahlungsdifferenzen und vereinbarten Rabatten
  • Abstimmung und Klärung von buchhalterisch relevanten Vorgängen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
  • Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses sowie Bereitstellung der hierfür erforderlichen Unterlagen und Auswertungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit der externen Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Weitergabe von Arbeitsstunden, Urlaubszeiten und Krankmeldungen
