### Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Buchhalter\*in (m/w/d)

Über uns:

Seit über 7 Jahren sind wir ein familiengeführter Betrieb in Pfungstadt und Umgebung. Mit

einem starken Team von rund 60 Mitarbeitenden und einem Fuhrpark von über 35

Fahrzeugen sind wir täglich im Landkreis Darmstadt-Dieburg und deutschlandweit

unterwegs. Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und die Nähe zu unseren Kunden und Fahrgästen

prägen unsere Arbeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflegen und Abstimmen von Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkonten
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Klärung offener Posten, Mahnwesen/Forderungsmanagement
  • Überprüfung, Verbuchung und Zahlung der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Führung des Kassenbuches
  • Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Überwachung von Fristen und Terminen
  • Berichterstattung und Schriftverkehr Bedienung der Kunden bei buchhalterischen Anfragen

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung o.ä.
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und selbstbewusst und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
