Buchhalter/ -in

Aufgabenbereiche u.a.

  • Verbuchung von Fracht- und Kostenrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung und Abstimmung der Kontokorrentkonten (Banken/Kasse)
  • Korrespondenz mit dem Finanzamt
  • Mahnwesen
  • Ablage
  • Kontoabstimmmungen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Adressenverwaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Buchhalter/in oder vergleichbar
  • oder Berufserfahrung innerhalb einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Softwareprogrammen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Genauigkeit sowie Teamgeist und Engagement
