Wir sind eine dynamische und flexible Tochtergesellschaft der Delta Plus Group, einem international führenden Unternehmen im Bereich persönlicher Schutzausrüstung.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Buchhalterin während eines internen ERP-Einführungsprojekts suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Vertretung für das operative Tagesgeschäft (befristet bis April/Mai 2027).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Bank-, Debitoren-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung:
  • Kontrolle und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen (Rechnungsprüfung)
  • Erstellen von Ausgangsrechnungen (der Prozess ist weitgehend automatisiert und lässt sich durch wenige Klicks erledigen, es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich)
  • Überwachen der Debitoren und Kreditoren,
  • Durchführung des wöchentlichen Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kontenabstimmung, Stammdatenverwaltung
  • Mitarbeit beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss,
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten
  • idealerweise: Lohnbuchhaltung über Lodas ( 8 Mitarbeiter)

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter abgeschlossen
  • Sie besitzen wenn möglich mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Anwendungsprogrammen der DATEV und weiterer ERP-Systeme und besitzen gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel)
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und zuverlässig
