Ihr Profil:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Ukrainisch, Englisch oder Russisch, sind von Vorteil; zusätzliche Sprachen sind willkommen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung, Umschulung oder ein Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Finanzwesen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung sowie im Tagesgeschäft der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Erfassung und Pflege von Belegen und buchhalterischen Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Lieferantendaten in den Systemen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgabe
