Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rechnungsprüfung und -Kontierung
  • Erfassung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle (Kreditoren & Debitoren)
  • Systempflege und Rechnungswesen
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Prüfung der Reisekostenabrechnungen und Barauslagen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Controlling

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Guter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Verständnis
