Wir suchen für unser Unternehmen Unterstützung im Bereich der Buchhaltung.

Zum Aufgaben- und Tätigkeitsbereich gehören:

Verantwortlichkeit in den Bereichen:

  • buchhalterische Abläufe (Rechnungswesen, Bankgeschäfte usw)
  • Arbeitszeiterfassung und -auswertung,
  • Lohnabrechnung und die Kommunikation mit Einrichtungen (Finanzamt, Krankenkassen, Agentur für Arbeit, Steuerbüro usw.)
  • Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Erstellen der Monatsordner für das Steuerbüro
  • Vorbereitung + Durchführung d. Lohnrechnung sowie Führen d. Überstunden + Zeitkontrolle d. Arbeitnehmer im Zeiterfassungssystem
  • Erstellen der monatlichen Krankenstatistik
  • Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Zahlungseingangs
  • Verantwortung für ordnungsgemäßes Mahnwesen
  • Erledigung von Bank- und Postwegen
  • Führen der Handkasse
  • Rechnungskontrolle bei festen Verträgen (Leiharbeiter, Werkschutz, ...)
  • termingerechte Ausführung von Banküberweisungen per Onlinebanking
  • Kontrolle der Zins- und Tilgungspläne

Anforderung an die Bewerber/innen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich bzw. Studienabschluss als Betriebswirt o.ä.
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung, dem Rechnungswesen und der Statistik wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Programm DATEV oder vergleichbaren Programmen und im Onlinebanking wünschenswert
