Wir sind seit über 45 Jahren erfolgreich in Großhansdorf u. Umgebung in der Hausverwaltung sowie in der Immobilienvermittlung tätig. Zur Verstärkung unseres Geschäftsbereiches suchen wir eine/-n Buchhalter/Buchhalterin (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für den Bereich der Wohnungseigentümer und Zinshäuser.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Komplette kaufmännische Verwaltung der Objekte
  • Laufendes und selbstständiges Buchen, Erstellung von Jahresabrechnungen usw.
  • Durchführung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens in Zusammenarbeit mit der Sachbearbeitung
