# Buchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Für unseren Kunden in Delmenhorst suchen wir Dich als Buchhalter (m/w/d).
  • Arbeitszeit: 2 Vormittage mit jeweils 4 Stunden

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Buchen aller Sachkonten-/ und Kostenrechnungsvorgänge
  • Bankbuchungen
  • Kontieren und Buchen von Kontoauszügen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung
  • Umstellung von Buchhaltungssystemen, Schnittstellen und gesetzlichen Neuerungen
  • Informieren der Bereiche über Zahlungseingänge (per E-Mail, MS Teams bzw. durch Eintragung von Zahlungsdaten in Excel-Listen)
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs in S-Firm
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung einschl. Lastschrifteneinzug
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Archivierung von Belegen
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Erstellen von Konten-/ bzw. Kostenstellenauswertungen aus dem Buchhaltungssystem

## WAS DU MITBRINGST:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
